Important Guidelines
The person must be 18 years of age or older. Any person can only register once.
As per government guidelines, every individual is required to update their KYC.
Members will be able to withdraw a minimum commission of Rs 250.
2.5% admin charge will be deducted from the individual's commission amount, TDS will be 5% if PAN card is submitted and 20% in case of non-submission, and related processing fees from the payment gateway.
The customer must make a purchase of at least Rs. 50 to add the bill to his/her ID. The shopkeeper cannot add the bill to the ID for purchases less than Rs. 50.
In a year, the customer is required to add at least 6 purchase bills to their ID to keep their membership active.
Every member should check the return policy of the particular shopkeeper at the time of purchase. In case any problem arises after purchase, the company will also accept the shopkeeper's policy. Every member should pay special attention to this.
To keep their membership active, members are required to add at least 6 purchase bills to their member ID in a year (365 days).
MAXORA KEYSTONE LEGAL DOCUMENTS
Maxora keystone Private Limited Company operates as per the Consumer Protection (Direct Selling) Rules 2021 issued by the Central Government. It follows all the registration and guidelines prescribed by the Government for doing Direct Selling business in India. All the documents given here have been obtained from the Government. Which every member can check.
